With barber shops closing down I’ve gotten a lot of questions about how I cut my husband’s hair. So I decided to try my hand at some video and put together this tutorial for y’all.
I may have (okay, really badly) choked on camera… Normally I leave his hair a lot longer on the top! Don’t skip over my warning, a #3 guard is very short! I normally actually do a #8. Oh well, the most important lesson for this tutorial (and in this crazy time) is that perfection is not the goal. Hair grows back! And you shouldn’t be going anywhere anyway, so who cares if it doesn’t look perfect?
Now is a great time to learn how to cut your soldiers hair. I have been cutting the hubs hair for a year and a half now, and at $15 (minimum) every other week, that’s quite a bit of money saved!
